I love the night sky, so I made these earring to evoke the dark brilliance of the moon and stars.
The earrings themselves are crafted from sterling silver that has been darkened by hand. The bezel is made from shiny 14kt gold to provide a contrast to the silver.
The gemstones in these earrings are cushion cut, rose cut, rock crystal quartz. I darkened the silver behind these clear quartz crystals to make the facets more prominent. Dangling from these gothic beauties are gold-filled stars which add a little bit of movement and shine.
The ear wires are sterling silver French ear wires.
